Tokyo has two international airports: Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita Airport (NRT)

Do I need a Visa?
Please check the List of Countries and Regions That Have Visa Exemption Arrangements with Japan. If you need a Visa, please send an email to: ineedvisa@epic2010.com and we will prepare a letter you need to submit to your respective Japanese embassy.

Where will all happen?
Most activities at EPIC will happen at Midtown Conference Center, which is a building complex located in Roppongi

How to reach Midtown Conference Center?
Midtown conference has very comprehensive instructions to reach the venue. An alternative option is the Limousine bus.
